PRO TOOLS

Commit any virtual instruments, MIDI, and FX auxes. Leave all automation and inserts on. Then go to File → Save Copy In, make sure "Audio Files" is checked under Items to Copy, and send the new session folder.

ALL OTHER DAWS

For vocals, send me two versions of the lead - one totally dry (Please leave on any timing or tuning) and one with your FX on. For anything stacked (BVs, strings, horns, etc.), export those as a single stereo track so the panning and automation stays intact.
